Celebrations 
Stephanie Goodenough and Derek McHugh, both of Vancouver, have announced their plans to be married July 17, 2010.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Willis Goodenough, of Baton Rouge, La., and Karen Scott, of Vancouver. The groom-to-be is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom McHugh, of Vancouver.
