Washougal resident opens new Edward Jones office

Financial Advisor Pamela Tuite has opened a new Edward Jones branch office in Washougal, and the community is invited to attend an open house.

The event will be held Thursday, from 3 to 6 p.m., at 974 “E” St. Refreshments will be provided.

Tuite, 41, has experience in the area of corporate finance. She was a financial analyst for an insurance company before becoming a stay-at-home mom.

Tuite is a former Vancouver resident who moved to Washougal four years ago.

“I’m excited to have my business in the community where I live and help people locally with their financial needs,” she said. “I have met some really neat people.”

Tuite provides information and options in the areas of retirement planning, insurance and saving for education.

She enjoys helping people achieve their financial goals, “to keep up with inflation and make sure their money is working hard enough.”

Tuite, a former member of the Washougal Sustainability Committee, has served as a Washougal Planning Commissioner since 2009.

There are more than 12,000 Edward Jones financial advisors working with nearly seven million clients.
