Celebrations 
Samon Wilaiwan and Cameron Arthur Blagg III were married Feb. 22, 2012, in Thailand. Ma Goe officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Tang and Zone Wilaiwan of Chum Phae, Thailand. The groom is the son of Cameron Blagg Jr. of Las Cruces, N.M., and Merna Baker Blagg of Albany, Ore.
The couple began their traditional Thai matrimonial journey with a blessing ceremony by monks on Feb. 21. On Feb. 22, they celebrated with a morning wedding for close family and an evening wedding celebration for family and guests. The best man was Goe Wilaiwan.
Cameron graduated from high school in Washougal, and then attended Pacific University in Forest Grove.
Samon studied in France, and is attending classes in English and French.
After a honeymoon on Samui Island in the Gulf of Thailand, the couple will reside in Albany and Chum Phae. Cameron and Samon will be joined in an American wedding when they return to Albany.
