Two attorneys have moved their offices from Vancouver to downtown Washougal.

Donald Grant and Douglas Elcock have signed a lease for Executive Suite 245, in Washougal Town Square, 1700 Main St.

“It looks like a great spot,” Grant said. “The building looks professional and has good client access for parking. There are easy directions to it.

“The parking for clients [in a garage under the building] was one of the attractions,” he added.

Grant and Elcock practiced law at 15640 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., in the Heritage Plaza, Ste. 104, Vancouver.

Grant has lived in Camas for almost nine years, while Elcock is an East Vancouver resident.

Grant said Washougal Town Square has the amenities they were looking for.

“It’s closer to my house than where I am now,” he said.

Grant practices primarily in the areas of business, construction, commercial, employment, real estate and administrative law and litigation as well as estate planning and probate.

Elcock practices criminal, tenancy, inheritance and family law. He also represents clients in cases regarding construction, real estate, commercial, antitrust, employment, personal injury and bankruptcy law, as well as estate planning, probate administration and class action lawsuits.
