The owner of Hearth Wood Oven Bistro is preparing for his restaurant’s third anniversary.
David Garcia will offer some special menu items Friday and Saturday, from 4 to 9 p.m. They include Osso Bucco (a slow roasted pork shank) and pan fried sea scallops.
Live music will be provided by Anne Avarre.
Recent menu items have included artisan pizzas, Oregon shrimp and avocado salad, chicken roulades, fire roasted corn with lime and cream, and house made coffee chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate cookies.
Draft and bottled beers are available, as well as a variety of wines from the Northwest, California, Italy and France.
