Russell James Krahn died Oct. 16, 2013. He was 56.

Elmer Fraley Jr.

Elmer Fraley Jr. of Vancouver, died Oct. 13, 2013, at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver. He was 54.

Brent R. Palmer

Brent Rust Palmer died Oct. 8, 2013, at his home in Bellevue, Wash. He was 25.

Services were held Oct. 18 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Washougal. Interment followed at the Fern Prairie Cemetery in Camas. Straub’s Funeral Home and Columbia River Cremation in Camas was in charge of arrangements.

Gabe Droptiny

Gabe Droptiny died Sept. 17, 2013, in Berlin, Germany.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 26, at 2 p.m., at Grace Foursquare Church, 717 S.E. Everett Road, Camas.
