Celebrations offer family fun

Halloween is on Thursday, and several churches and other organizations are opening their doors for community celebrations.
The Fall Familyfest will be held Thursday, Oct. 31, at Grace Foursquare Church, 717 S.E. Everett Road, in Camas. The event will include inflatables, games and candy. For more information, call 834-6336.
Trunk and Treat
Zion Lutheran Church in Camas will host a “Trunk and Treat” event for youngsters on Thursday, Oct. 31, from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
During this time, kids can stop by the church parking lot, 824 N.E. Fourth Ave., where members will share candy and other goodies from their decorated car trunks.

Warehouse Church Harvest Carnival
Warehouse Church, located at the former Washougal Grange building, is hosting a free harvest carnival Thursday, Oct. 31, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., at 621 Washougal River Road.
The event includes two floors of free carnival games, face painting, a costume contest, studio pictures and candy. Attendees are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costumes, but nothing too scary or gory. Volunteers from Warehouse Church and Bethel Community Church will be working together to put on the family friendly event.

Columbia Ridge Senior Living Halloween Party
The party will be held Thursday, Oct. 31, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Columbia Ridge Senior Living, 2300 W. Ninth St., in Washougal. There will be indoor trick-or-treating, a family scavenger hunt and door prizes, as well as light appetizers, hot chocolate and cookies.
