Susan A. Grazier died peacefully at her home in Washougal March 17, 2014. She was 67.

There will be no public services. Straub’s Funeral Home and Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

Charlotte A. Portner

Charlotte Alvina Portner died Dec. 23, 2013.

A service of remembrance will be held Saturday, April 5, at 3 p.m., at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas. Her children will officiate.

Memorial donations can be made to support the Mount Norway fire station operated by East County Fire & Rescue.

Kenneth W. Blase

Kenneth Wayne Blase died Feb. 21, 2014, at the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver. He was 78.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, April 26, in California.

Margaret I. Fry

Margaret Irene Fry, a loving, caring, generous, mom, grandma, great-grandma and friend, died peacefully March 18, 2014, in Vancouver.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, March 30, from 1 to 4 p.m., at the Washougal Community Center. 1661 “C” St.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a charity of choice.

Patricia K. Nystrom

Patricia K. Nystrom died March 22, 2014, in Washougal. She was 91.

She was born Feb. 14, 1923, in Camas. A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 3, at 11 a.m., at Washougal United Methodist Church. Burial will be private at the Washougal Memorial Cemetery. Straub’s Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

Elizabeth ‘Betty’ B. Williams

Elizabeth “Betty” B. Williams died Jan. 12, 2014, in Bellingham, Wash. She was 93.

She was born in Oakland, Calif., in 1920. She lived in Camas for 10 years, and had seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 12, at 1 p.m., at the home of Brian and Marissa Williams, 3822 “R” Circle, in Washougal.

Robert W. Young

Robert Ward Young died Feb. 6, 2014, at home, surrounded by loved ones and caregivers, following a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. He was 82.

Services for the family have been held.
