The Winds and Strings Band will perform this weekend, to raise money for the Winter Hospitality Overflow shelters.

The Valentine’s Day theme concerts will be held Saturday, Feb. 14 at 3 p.m., at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 5607 N.E. Gher Road, Vancouver; and Sunday, Feb. 15 at 3 p.m., at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1309 Franklin St., Vancouver.

Admission to both Celtic concerts will be free, but there will be a free will offering to benefit the WHO program.

A single men’s shelter, to sleep 24, is at St. Paul Lutheran Church, through March.

A shelter for families, children and single women is located at St. Andrew Lutheran Church. There is space for 50 individuals.

A day shelter is open at that location from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The guests have access to job searches, clothing and supportive services.

To access any of the shelters, contact the Housing Solutions Center Call Center at 695-9677.
