A Seattle architect is expected to present two versions of a master planning vision, pertaining to waterfront land owned by the Port of Camas-Washougal.

David Hansen, of Hansen Design, LLC, will be a presenter during a port commission workshop, Wednesday, Dec. 14, at 5 p.m., in the port office meeting room, 24 S. “A” St., Washougal. The workshop will be open to the public.

Hansen had been scheduled to make a presentation during the Dec. 6 port meeting, but he had a scheduling conflict.

The port owns 27 acres, and Parker’s Landing LLC owns 13 acres on the waterfront. A mixed-use development is among the potential components of a Parker’s Landing LLC project, on a portion of the former Hambleton property at 335 S. “A” St.

The LLC is represented by Lance Killian, of Killian Pacific, a commercial real-estate development and investment company.
