The Rev. Donald Roy Pierce, known as “Papa Don,” died Jan. 20, 2016, in Camas. He was 97.

Ines Arlene Forner LaFrance died Jan. 19, 2016. She was 91.

Mildred Taylor, of Camas, died Jan. 13, 2016. She was 88.

She was born Feb. 22, 1927, in Stuart, Nebraska. A celebration of her life was held Jan. 23, at the Fern Prairie Grange in Camas. Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas was in charge of arrangements.

Franklin A. Smith

Franklin A. Smith died Jan. 19, 2016, at home. He was 60.

A celebration of life service and potluck will be held Saturday, Jan. 30 at 1 p.m., at the AWPPW Union Hall in Camas. Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas.

Mildred M. (Suksdorf) Reeves

Mildred Mae (Suksdorf) Reeves died Jan. 20, 2016, in Stevenson. She was 96.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, Jan. 31, at 2 p.m., at Mill A Church. She will be laid to rest at the Riverview Abbey Mausoleum in Portland, Oregon.
