Lovely Homes Realty’s grand opening will be held Friday

Trung and Lisa Le are looking forward to opening their new boutique real estate brokerage in downtown Camas.

The Les plan to celebrate with a grand opening Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., at 310 N.E. Fifth Ave.

A ribbon cutting ceremony for Lovely Homes Realty will occur at 5 p.m. There will be refreshments and raffles.

“We have chosen to make Camas the home of our business, due to many of our past and current clients requesting assistance for finding homes in the Camas and Washougal area,” Lisa said.

She is the director of marketing and certified home staging expert for Lovely Homes Realty, while Trung is the designated broker and certified luxury home marketing specialist.

The extended services that they offer to home buyers and sellers include lawn mowing, custom home staging, cleaning and four hours of minor home maintenance.

Lisa said she and Trung enjoy seeing clients’ dreams come true.

“Being a part of that process makes our job very fulfilling,” she said. “We also find great joy in seeing all of our hard work pay off with the expansion of our business in such a thriving community.

Lisa said the most challenging part about their jobs is timing — “making sure that everything comes together at just the right time, so that the process is as smooth and seamless as possible.

“However, isn’t orchestrating all of the finer details the very art of good business?” she added.
