George W. “Bud” Bateman, Jr.

George Wayne “Bud” Bateman, Jr., died on Monday, March 20, 2017, surrounded by his family. He was 72.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, June 17, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Bateman home, 231 Ninth St., Washougal. A dedication for Bud will begin at 3:30 p.m. Appetizers and drinks will begin at 5 p.m. with dinner to follow. Please RSVP to Stephanie Bateman-Cavilin at 206-331-2037.

Gregory (Greg) Q. Early

Gregory (Greg) Quinn Early of Washougal died on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, in The Dalles, Oregon. He was 68.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, July 15, at 2 p.m., at the veteran’s memorial in Washougal Memorial Cemetery. Following the service, the family invites guests to attend a luncheon at the home of Early’s sister, Mary Wallace.

Eva K. Petersen

Eva Kathryn Petersen died at her Washougal home on Friday, June 9, 2017, She was 36.

Jack Purdy

Longtime Camas resident, Jack Purdy died on Friday, May 2, 2017. He was 93.

Anita E. Wendling

Anita Ethelyn Wendling died in her Washougal home on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. She was 67.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 17, at 10 a.m., at Grace Foursquare Church, 717 S.E. Everett Rd., Camas.

Ralph J. Roberts

Ralph J. Roberts died Monday, June 12, 2017. He was 85. He was born March 8, 1932, in Klamath Falls, Oregon. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, June 15, at 1 p.m., at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Vancouver. Burial will follow at the Fern Prairie Cemetery in Camas.
