Clark County Parks Advisory Board: The parks advisory board will meet Friday, April 13, from noon to 2:30 p.m., at Luke Jensen Sports Park, Bud Van Cleve Community Room, 4000 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver.

LIBRARY PROGRAMS

Camas Public Library: ASL story time will be held Saturdays, April 14, 21 and 28, at 10:30 a.m., and will be led by CHS senior Shelby Ramirez. Rejuvenating Your Landscape, a gardening workshop, will be Saturday, April 14, at 3 p.m., and will be presented by Master Gardener Joanne Roth. Growing Vegetables in your Hellstrip and Containers will be Monday, April 16, at 6:30 p.m., and presented by Master Gardener Laura Heldreth. Straws, a film by Linda Booker and narrated by Tim Robbins, will be Monday, April 23, at 6:30 p.m. Read to Cooper, the dog, at the library, from 4 to 5 p.m., every Tuesday and Thursday. SENIOR CITIZENS

Seniors And Law Enforcement Together: Live. Life. Healthy. is the topic of the SALT meeting Monday, April 23, from 11 a.m. to noon, at the Camas Police Department, 2100 N.E. Third Ave. Guest speaker is Diane Toland, and she will share tips on fitness, socialization, mindfulness and other ways to live fit.

Meals on Wheels: Lunches, prepared by The Meals on Wheels People, are served at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, in the Washougal Community Center, at 1681 “C” St., Washougal. Meals on Wheels home delivery is available Monday through Friday. Volunteers are needed. Camas Senior Center: The Camas seniors have a new casino bus schedule. This year, casino trips alternate between Nisqually Red Wind Casino and Lucky Eagle Casino. Washougal Senior Center: The Washougal Senior Center provides coffee from 9 to 11:30 a.m., and Meals on Wheels serves lunch at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday. On Mondays, at 11 a.m., the center hosts a food bank, and then at 1 p.m., there is a “hand and foot” clinic. At 10 a.m., on Mondays and Wednesdays, the center hosts an exercise class (this class is held in Camas at 10 a.m. on Fridays). Billiards is played at 1 p.m., on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At 11 a.m. on Tuesdays, the center hosts “Music with Jeffree,” and at 11 a.m. on Thursdays, “Music with Gabe.” The watercolor class is held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays. On Wednesdays, there will be an exercise class at 10 a.m., gift bingo at 11 a.m., and regular bingo at 1 p.m. On Thursdays, the tai chi class (held in Camas) begins at 9:30 a.m. The center also hosts pinochle at 1 p.m. on Thursdays.

Camas Community Education: The Camas Community Education spring class schedule includes Art Van-Go Drawing and Paints, Chefs in Training, day camps, Early Learning classes; a variety of enrichment classes, which include Lego building and engineering, Mad Science, My Dolly and Me dress design and tea, science olympiad; as well as language, safety and sports classes. Imagination Yoga: Imagination Yoga is a nationally recognized yoga program. Erika Levy, a certified Imagination Yoga teacher, introduces kids to yoga through “imaginative associations,” and adventure stories such as taking children to the jungle, outer space, swamps and back in time. CLUBS AND GROUPS

Community Garden Club of Camas-Washougal: The garden club will meet on Wednesday, April 25, at 1 p.m., in Camas Community Center, 1718 S.E. Seventh Ave., Camas. There will be no speaker for the month April, but the public is invited to attend. Soroptimists International of Camas-Washougal: Soroptimist International of Camas-Washougal meets at noon on the first Friday of each month at Zion Lutheran Church, 824 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas.
