iQ Credit Union will soon move its Camas branch from the Sixth Avenue Commercial Center to its operations center in downtown Camas.

The relocation, from 1615 N.W. Sixth Avenue to 236 N.E. Fourth Ave., is expected to occur in early March, according to iQ Spokeswoman Danette LaChapelle.

“iQ Credit Union owns the building on the corner of Fourth and Birch, where the branch is moving,” she said. “This facility already features a walk-up ATM and houses several of our operational functions.”

The operational functions will continue to occur in the Fourth Avenue location, and an iQ branch will open in front of that office space. iQ Credit Union is headquartered in Vancouver.

An iQ branch has been located in the Sixth Avenue Commercial Center, in Camas, since 2007. The 3,500-square-foot space, in the commercial center, will soon be available to lease, according to Greg Goforth, a commercial and residential real estate broker with Windermere Crest, of Camas.

Skyworth LLC owns the commercial center, which includes a Shell gas station, Coffee Shak, car wash and Cellular Plus.
