The float created by Washougal public works staff was among the parade entries. Awards were presented to East County Fire and Rescue (Best use of lights), West Columbia Gorge Humane Society (Best use of sound) and Waste Connections (Santa’s best overall). The parade was sponsored by Waste Connections and Columbia Resource Company.
