A vintage sleigh, donated by the Camas-Washougal Historical Society to the city of Washougal earlier this month, debuted at the 2019 Washougal Lighted Christmas Parade. “When Santa Claus saw the sleigh, he extremely excited about it,” said Suzanne Grover, the city’s parks and cemetery director. “Mrs. Claus thought it was cool.
