Camas Department of Public Works employees Geoff Sanchez (right) and Kevin Mabry (in basket) work to attach new lights to 19 trees in historic, downtown Camas on June 14. The old lights had grown into the trees, so Sanchez and Mabry were attaching the lights using clips instead of wrapping them, to help prevent that type of "growth" in the future. Employees at Natalia's Cafe came outside during the men's efforts and rewarded the city employees with some freshly cooked bacon for their efforts to beautify downtown Camas.
