A 2006 Nissan Titan truck was pulled out of Lacamas Lake in Camas Monday at noon by employees with Orchards Towing & Recovery. The truck's emergency brake had been released near the launch ramp at Heritage Park, around 12:15 a.m. Responding agencies included the Camas Police and Fire departments, Clark County Sheriff's Office Marine Patrol Unit, Southwest Washington Organization of Rescue Divers and the Department of Ecology. After the truck was retrieved, material was used to absorb gasoline and oil. According to CPD dispatch records, the registered owner of the truck is Joseph Giles, of Portland.
