Vendors sought for women’s expo

Event will be held in September in Ridgefield, Wash.

Vendors are currently being sought for the inaugural Clark County Women’s Expo, set for Sept. 14 and 15, at the Clark County Event Center in Ridgefield.

Vendors will showcase retail items and services, community services and programs, and educational and business opportunities.

Other attractions will include a fashion show featuring Shush Shoes and local boutiques at noon and 3 p.m., both days, free massages by Melt Body Studios, photography by Art Whims Photography, Zumba demonstrations by Vamonos Studios at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. both days, and educational speakers focusing on business and family topics.

“We are looking forward to presenting this exciting new event to the women of Clark County,” said organizer Heather Hansen, owner of BBK Events.

Admission is $5 for adults. Children ages 12 and younger can attend free of charge. Tickets can be purchased online at a reduced cost of $4 each.

Included with admission is one entry to win a $500 shopping spree redeemable with any of the participating vendors. Additional entries can be obtained by becoming a blood donor or setting up a blood drive.

Expo hours will be 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sept. 14, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sept. 15.

The event center is located at 17402 N.E. Delfel Road.
