Anna Fry, principle secretary for the Georgia-Pacific Camas paper mill engineering department and VP Mill Manager Joe Ertolacci, recently presented a check for $3,500 to Brent Erickson, executive director of the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce.

The funds will be used to support the chamber’s Camas Days festival, held annually in July. The Camas mill has supported Camas Days for the past decade.

“The mill values our relationship with Brent Erickson, executive director of the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce, and all the efforts the organization puts forth to sustain and grow the Camas Days community event,” said Camas mill spokeswoman Nancy Viuhkola. “We are proud to support Camas Days and look forward to being an intricate part of the annual event for years to come.”

Erickson commented that the continued financial support helps to make Camas Days possible.

“Georgia-Pacific has been one of the bigger contributors as a sponsor to the Camas Days event over the last few years,” he said. “They are very supportive.”
