Business A model home for the first new development on the north shore of Lacamas Lake is preparing to open.
On Tuesday, Oct. 20, the Deerhaven Luxury Homes at Lacamas Lake project partners will be cutting the ribbon of the model at 139 N.E. 45th Circle, located at the corner of Northeast Everett Street and Leadbetter Road.
The ribbon cutting, jointly hosted by the Vancouver and Camas-Washougal chambers of commerce, will take place at 4:30 p.m., followed by an open house from 5 to 7 p.m. The event will include tours, food, drinks, music and door prizes.
