A serene scene was captured on the Columbia River on Tuesday. Walkers along the Washougal Waterfront Trail were treated to a landscape filled with sunshine and the sights and sounds of variety of birds and other critters. The warmer weather and sunny skies, with highs in the mid-50s, are expected to continue through Sunday.
