Washougal Community Library: Baby and toddler storytime, for children ages birth to 36 months, will meet from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Friday, April 5. Friday games will be held from 2 to 4 p.m., Friday, April 5. Next Chapter of Life: Alzheimer’s Awareness class will meet Tuesday, April 9, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Preschool story, for children ages 3 to 6, will be Wednesday, April 10, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Build It! will meet Wednesday, April 10, from 3 to 4 p.m. The book group, Books and Brews, for adults, will meet Thursday, April 11, from 6 to 7 p.m., at 54?40′ Brewing Company, 3801 S. SENIOR CITIZENS
Meals on Wheels: Lunches, prepared by The Meals on Wheels People, are served at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, in the Washougal Community Center, at 1681 “C” St., Washougal. Camas Senior Center: The Camas seniors’ monthly casino trip will be held Monday, April 15. The seniors will go to Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester, Washington. The cost is $5. For reservations or more information, call LaRhea Steele at 360-904-4274.
Washougal Senior Center: Meals on Wheels provides coffee from 10 to 11:30 a.m., and serves lunch at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The center hosts a food bank at 11 a.m., Mondays. Activities offered during the week include: cribbage, bingo, bunco, pinochle, billiards, watercolor painting and exercise classes. A breakfast fundraiser, to support Washougal Community Center activities, is held on the last Friday of each month (except November and December) from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. The cost is $5. A potluck is held on the first Friday of each month. Refuel Friday, sponsored by local churches and nonprofits, is offered from 4 to 6 p.m. every Friday.
