LDS church hosts blood drives throughout Clark County

To help alleviate a national blood bank shortage, the Camas-area Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is coordinating several blood drives throughout Clark County this summer.

The group held its first blood drive in Camas on July 2, and another in Washougal on Tuesday, July 13. Other drives will be held on the following dates:

July 20: From 1 to 7 p.m. at 7101 N.E. 166th Ave., Vancouver. To register, visit redcrossblood.org/give.html/drive-results?zipSponsor=vancouvernorthstake

July 27: From 1 to 6 p.m. at 13600 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Vancouver. To schedule, call 360-210-5795.
