Another Election Day will soon arrive, and with it a slough of candidates who are hoping voters will check the box next to his or her name on the ballot, and government agencies looking for votes of support on local levies.

Voters have just a few days left to make their own decisions on these issues by mailing in or dropping off their ballots so that they make it to the Clark County Elections Office on time. All ballots must be postmarked by Aug. 17. On Election Day anytime before 8 p.m., ballots can be hand-delivered to local collection sites including Grace Foursquare Church, Grass Valley Elementary School, Helen Baller Elementary School, Prune Hill Elementary School, and the Washougal Community Center.
