Panther runners hold their own at state

The state's best female runners in the 2A division make the big turn at the state championship cross country race Saturday, at Sun Willows Golf Course, in Pasco. Can you spot the one Washougal Panther along this snake-like trail?

Courtney Owens, Hannah Lintala, Karina Miller, Meredith Collins, Lydia Lyall, Mackenzie Kitchen and Abby Lees accomplished their goal Saturday.

The seven Washougal Panthers crossed the finish line at the state championship meet, in Pasco.
