Power restored to much of Clark County following wind storm

As of early Friday morning, 3,500 customers remain without electricity

Less than 100 Clark Public Utilities customers in the Camas area remain without power this morning following a day of intense winds.

At the height of the impact on Thursday night, according to Clark Public Utilities more than 62,000 customers were without power. A winter storm brought brought 20 to 30 mph winds, with gusts up to 50 to 60 mph., and along with it downed trees and power lines.
