Sadie “Midge” (Robinson) Zakrzewski

Sadie ‘Midge’ (Robinson) Zakrzewski died Dec. 18, 2010. She was 74.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, at 2 p.m., at Beaverton Foursquare Church. Private interment will be at the Fern Prairie Cemetery in Camas. Springer and Son Aloha Funeral Home in Beaverton is in charge of arrangements.

Charles E. “Chuck” Powell

Charles Edward “Chuck” Powell died Dec. 15, 2010, at his home in Vancouver. He was 50.

There will be a private family celebration of Chuck’s life. Brown’s Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

Ethel Rose (Tobin) Bowman died peacefully with her family at her side Dec. 13, 2010, in Vancouver. She was 85.

Lewis Angelo

Lewis Angelo, former Camas director of public works, died peacefully Dec. 16, 2010, with his family at his side in the home he built in 1948. He was 94.

A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, at 11 a.m., at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 400 S. Andresen Road, in Vancouver. A reception will follow. Burial will be at the Camas Cemetery, on Northeast Oak Street between 19th and 22nd avenues.
