Donald William Bowey died Dec. 21, 2010, at his home in Washougal. He was 74.

John Rex Garver, a longtime Washougal resident, died Dec. 26, 2010, in Everett, Wash. He was 77.

He is survived by his wife, Bridget; children, Sheri Garver and John Garver Jr.; and brother, Robert Garver.

Kevin James Gibson died Dec. 20, 2010, at home in Camas. He was 52.
