Home buyer education class is March 8 and 9 in Camas

A home buyer education class to qualify potential first-time home buyers for Washington Bond and USDA financing will take place at the Pinnacle Mortgage Planning office in Camas, 2005 S.E. 192nd Ave., Ste. 200, in Camas, March 8 and 9, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Potential first-time buyers considering using either the Washington Bond program or USDA financing will need a certificate of achievement, which is required by Washington Bond and for some lenders on the USDA program. The certificate will be provided at the end of the second class.
