Celebrations 
Perri Diane Prince and Devin Eugene Ochs, both of Washougal, have announced their plans to be married Sept. 23, 2011, at the Queen Anne Victorian Mansion in Portland, Ore.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Todd and Randi Prince. She attended Washougal High School, Washington State University Pullman, Clark College and the IBEW Local 48 apprentice program. She is an electrical apprentice.
The groom-to-be is the son of Don and Jennifer Ochs. He attended Washougal High School and currently works as a plumber.
