Two men and a woman were arrested over the weekend on various drug charges, after Washougal police executed a narcotics search warrant on a room at the Rama Inn.

Isaiah Richey (also known as Isaiah Oviatt), 19, of Washougal, and April Green, 24, were arrested for possession with the intent to deliver heroin and methamphetamine. Green’s city of residence is listed as unknown in the WPD report.

Michael Mirelez, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor warrant for third-degree theft. He is listed as a transient.

WPD officers executed the search warrant Saturday, at 7:02 a.m.

Sgt. Allen Cook said the warrant was a response to complaints of suspected drug activity in a rented room of the motel, located at 544 Sixth St.

“Upon entering the room, one of the suspects was standing at the bathroom door,” Cook wrote in a press release issued this morning. “Officers went inside the bathroom and located a large chunk of suspected heroin on the toilet’s rim. Inside the toilet were several broken ‘methamphetamine’ pipes and a plastic baggy containing suspected heroin residue.”

During the search of the room, officers located several items of drug paraphernalia, suspected crack cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin. No weapons were found.

Additional charges involving Green and Richey have been referred to the prosecutor’s office for possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Cook noted that the owners and employees of the Rama Inn were not involved with the incident and are not considered to be suspects or persons of interest.
