Tad Eric Kullberg died April 22, 2011, in Phoenix, Ariz. He was 46.

Joanne Mary Lovell died April 24, 2011, in Camas. She was 95.

Roy L. Wolk, of Washougal, died May 2, 2011, at the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver. He was 77.
