Phyllis Myrtle Cure died May 18, 2011, in Vancouver, with her daughter and granddaughters by her side.
Visitation will be Friday, from 9 a.m. to noon at Caldwell’s Luce-Layton Mortuary in Astoria, Ore. Funeral services are Friday, at 1 p.m., at Caldwell’s Luce-Layton Mortuary, followed by graveside services at Ocean View Cemetery in Warrenton, Ore.

William C. Schulz
William C. “Dutch” Schulz, of Beaverton, Ore., died May 4, 2011. He was 97.
A graveside service was held at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
Doris M. Carey
Doris Marie Carey died May 18, 2011, at home in Camas. She was 89.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, at 11 a.m., at Zion Lutheran Church in Camas. Vault interment will be private at the Camas Cemetery. Straub’s Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

She was born June 6, 1940, in St. James, Mo.
