Bryan J. Albrechtson

Bryan Joseph Albrechtson died Oct. 13, 2011. He was 32.

He was born Nov. 1, 1978, in Iowa City, Iowa. A lifetime Camas resident, Bryan graduated from Camas High School in 1997, and later received his associate of science degree from Clark College. Music was both a passion and calling for Bryan. He was a member of the band Hyperstatic Union playing both the lead guitar and was one of the lead vocalists. Bryan attended River Rock Church in Camas and was an avid gardener who enjoyed flowers. Most importantly, Bryan will be remembered for the love he had for his family, friends, and his Lord.

Bryan is survived by his loving wife of six years, Leilani Albrechtson at home in Vancouver; daughter, Meilee Albrechtson at home; parents, Kenneth (Susan) Albrechtson of Camas and Linda (Mark) Owsley of Vancouver; siblings, Jeff (Sandra) Albrechtson of Vancouver, Shaun (Heather) Albrechtson of Parker, Colo., Tim (Jen) Albrechtson of Wahiawa, Hawaii, Justin (Michael) Albrechtson of Spokane, Wash., Kristi Albrechtson of Portland, Ore., Katie Owsley of Studio City, Calif., Matt (Sharon) Gwilliam of Spring, Texas, Evan (Jessie) Gwilliam of Pleasant Grove, Utah, Grant Gwilliam of Camas, Tiffany (Jake) Jones of Pearl City, Hawaii, and Mindy (Benjamin) Swanson of Spring, Texas; in-laws, Robert and Kellie Delabitoria of Vancouver; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A celebration of Bryan’s life is Saturday, at 2 p.m., at River Rock Church, 2008 S.E. Eighth Ave., Camas. Brown’s Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas was in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Bryan Albrechtson Memorial Fund at any Bank of America for his daughter Meilee.

Jane A. Woodworth

Jane Alice Woodworth died peacefully Oct. 10, 2011, at Highland Terrace Nursing Home in Camas. She was 96.

A celebration of Jane’s life was Saturday at Fern Prairie United Methodist Church. Vault interment was at the Fern Prairie Cemetery. Brown’s Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas was in charge of arrangements.

Norman I. Caldwell

Norman Isaac Caldwell died Oct. 1, 2011, at his home in Washougal. He was 86.

Don Miller

Donald (Don) Dean Miller died of natural causes, Oct. 2, 2011, in Mesa, Ariz. He was 84.

George M. Gaines

George M. Gaines, of Washougal, died Oct. 11, 2011. He was 52.

Gordon E. Wurzer

After a four-week-long battle with metastatic melanoma, Gordon Eugene Wurzer died peacefully Oct. 14, 2011, at his Fern Prairie home, surrounded by his family.

A rosary service will be held Thursday, at 6:30 p.m., at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Camas. The funeral mass will follow on Friday, at noon, at St. Thomas. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas.

Joyce M. Crafton

Joyce M. Crafton (Dynes) died Oct. 9, 2011, after a year-long battle with cancer.

Trenton Pearce-Shelby

Trenton Pearce-Shelby died Oct. 14, 2011. He was 20.

A celebration of Trenton’s life is Thursday, at 11 a.m., at Gateway Community Church, 1235 “E” St., in Washougal. Vault interment will follow at the Washougal Memorial Cemetery. The family requests those in attendance to dress in Seattle Seahawk attire or green, blue and white. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, from noon to 5 p.m., at Brown’s Funeral Home, 410 N.E. Ida J. Ratliff

Ida Jane Ratliff, of Washougal, died Oct. 12, 2011. She was 81.
