American Family Insurance office grand opening is set for May 4

A new American Family Insurance office in Washougal is providing several types of coverage for area residents.

Chrissy Moe has opened her office in the Evergreen Marketplace. She, along with Customer Service Representative Paola Andrade and Producer/Marketer Cindy Duisen, specialize in auto, home/renters, life, business and health insurance. They also offer retirement and farm and ranch insurance, in addition to non-traditional products such as global medical, trip cancellation and Mexico auto insurance.

The farm and ranch insurance includes coverage of homes, buildings, machinery, livestock and equipment, while also providing liability protection for covered bodily injury and medical expenses.

Moe’s career in the customer service industry has included selling real estate and working for Nordstrom.

“They set the stage for my high standard of customer service given to my customers,” she said. “I chose to represent American Family Insurance, because I was a policyholder before I became an agent. I had two claims very close together, and American Family Insurance took very good care of my family.

“They were quick to respond to our claims,” Moe added. “They were fair in the claims process. They were helpful, and they were very kind. When I decided to become an insurance advisor, I knew that was the kind of company that I wanted to represent.”

The Chrissy Moe Agency of American Family Insurance is located at 3307 Evergreen Way, Ste. 703. A grand opening celebration, Friday, May 4, from 4 to 7 p.m., will include hors d’oeuvres and wine and beer tasting. Photographs by Jenn Hughes, of Washougal, will be on display.
