Mya O.M. Ward

Mya Ora Mabel Sternard Roggenkamp Minder Ward, of Camas, died Sept. 7, 2012, of complications from cancer, surrounded by family at home.

Visitation will be Wednesday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas. Services will be held Thursday, at 2 p.m., at Grace Foursquare Church, 717 S.E. Everett Road, in Camas. A social hour will follow in the reception hall. Burial will be private at the Camas Cemetery.

Edward E. Neff

Edward Emerson Neff died Sept. 4, 2012, at his home in Vancouver. He was 64.

There was a celebration of life with full military honors on Sunday at Brown’s Funeral Home in Camas.

Maxine Sinden

Virdie Maxine (Golliher) Sinden, of Washougal, died Sept. 6, 2012, at the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver. She was 88.

A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, at 11 a.m., at Washougal United Methodist Church, 4020 “M” St. A reception will follow in the church basement. Straub’s Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to any organization providing children’s services. Two of Maxine’s favorites included: Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, 3101 S.W. Beverly J. Bow

Beverly Jane Bow, of Camas, died Sept. 6, 2012, at the Fort Vancouver Convalescent Center. She was 87.

A memorial service will take place at a later date. Brown’s Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

Douglas E. Osgood

Douglas Eugene Osgood died Sept. 6, 2012, in Yukon, Okla. He was 71.

Services were held Monday at Discovery Church in Yukon. Interment followed at Yukon Cemetery. Yanda & Son Funeral Home in Yukon was in charge of arrangements.

Doris Hering Cipra, formerly of Camas, died peacefully Sept. 7, 2012, at her care home in Brush Prairie. She was 103.

James May II died July 25, 2012, in Camas. He was 87.

Gladys Happy Boone died Sept. 9, 2012, at her home in Vancouver. She was 88.
