Kelsi Olsen and Jens Evans, both of Washougal, were married June 27, 2013, in Cannon Beach, Ore. Greg Hazlett officiated.
A reception was held at Surfsand Resort in Cannon Beach.
The ring bearer was Zakari Olsen.
The groom is the son of Pete and Tess Evans and Angi Wildt. He serves in the U.S. Coast Guard.
The bride is the daughter of Chris and Julie Olsen. She earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
The couple lives in Roseville, Calif.
