Tedford Edra Jett Tedford died March 1, 2013, after suffering a stroke following surgery. A family service is planned for early April. Roger McGraw Roger McGraw of Albany, Ore., died March 20, 2013, in Siletz, Ore. He was 57. A memorial service was held Monday at Toledo Foursquare Church.
