Several local beverage providers will participate in the Holiday Craft Winefest of Vancouver.

The event will be held Saturday, from 1 to 8 p.m., at the Vancouver Hilton, 301 W. Sixth St.

English Estate Winery, of East Vancouver, will provide 2006 and 2008 Pinot Noir, Chief Factors Favorite, La Modeste Nectar and 2008 Pinot Nectar.

Rail Side Brewing, Ltd., of Washougal, will have One 10 Wheat beer available.

Event sponsors include Krystal’s Champagne Lounge, which is scheduled to open in late December at 500 N.E. Fourth Ave, in downtown Camas.

The Holiday Craft Winefest will feature 20 wineries, wine-related gifts and food, specialty cheeses, gift baskets and raffles. The cost to attend will be $21 at the door or $16 in advance online at www.TheCraftWinefest.com.

Admission will include entry and re-entry, a commemorative wine glass and six tasting tickets. Additional tasting tickets will be $1 each, and tasting fees will vary by winery.

The event is organized by Cody Gray and Rusty Hoyle, co-owners of Choice Events, LLC.

Proceeds from the festival will benefit Second Chance Companions, a no-kill, non-profit pet organization based in Battle Ground and staffed by volunteers.
