Make a scarf Saturday at Washougal Library

Area residents are invited to convert old T-shirts into scarves.

Participants should bring shirts and scissors Saturday, from 2 to 4 p.m., to the Washougal Community Library, 1661 “C” St. Learn how to make a variety of designs.
