Katie Lynn Scott, of Vancouver, and James Louis Watts, of Washougal, have announced their plans to be married in July 2015 in Washougal.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lacie Scott. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
The groom-to-be is the son of Richard and Suzanne Watts. He is a commercial fisherman in Alaska.
