A daughter has been born to Tamara and Mark Frace of Vancouver.
Emily Janet Frace was born March 17, 2014, at 8:34 a.m., at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver.
She weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 21.25 inches long.
She joins a brother, Gabriel Frace, at home.
Grandparents are Kenneth and Janice James of Camas and Ray Frace Jr. of Lancaster, Penn. Great-grandmother is Elva Payne of Pacific City, Ore.
