Five people will be interviewed on Monday in an effort to fill the vacancy that exists on the Washougal City Council.

According to a press release from the city of Washougal, Morry Secrest, Michelle C. Wagner, Rosemary Nielson, Michael B. Lumbard and Jason Dodge submitted applications for Position No. 2.
