Tidland property has new owners

ERS purchases 6 acre campus for $3.3 million

Jerry and Mary Sauer, owners of Excavator Rental Services, have purchased the Tidland Corporate Center, at 2305 S.E. Eighth Ave., Camas. The $3.3 million purchase from Camas Holdings, LLC, includes 64,000 square feet of industrial buildings and a 6.03-acre campus. Tidland employees will continue to work at the site, while ERS workers will relocate there. This photo was taken Friday afternoon, before a Garrett Sign Co. employee removed the Maxcess corporate signs.

A recent purchase by a local company will enable another long term business to stay put.
