Leonard Allen Millard died peacefully Nov. 22, 2015, in Tigard, Oregon. He was 81.
A celebration of Leonard’s life with full military honors will be held Sunday, Dec. 13 at 2 p.m., at Straub’s Funeral Home, 325 N.E. Third Ave., Camas. Private interment will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Vancouver. Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

Valen E. (Draper) Noreen
Valen Elaine (Draper) Noreen died Nov. 16, 2015, in Vancouver. She was 30.
