Two people died Wednesday, in a two-vehicle accident that occurred near the Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge.

Two Portland residents were killed in a two-vehicle accident one-half mile east of Washougal.

The accident occurred Wednesday, at approximately 12:02 p.m., less than a quarter mile from the parking lot entrance to the Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge.
