A model home for the first new development on the north shore of Lacamas Lake is preparing to open.
On Tuesday, Oct. 20, the Deerhaven Luxury Homes at Lacamas Lake project partners will be cutting the ribbon of the model at 139 N.E. 45th Circle, located at the corner of Northeast Everett Street and Leadbetter Road.
The ribbon cutting, jointly hosted by the Vancouver and Camas-Washougal chambers of commerce, will take place at 4:30 p.m., followed by an open house from 5 to 7 p.m. The event will include tours, food, drinks, music and door prizes.
“We are thrilled to introduce Camas to the new Deerhaven neighborhood located on the north shore of Lacamas Lake. These Northwest modernistic homes give the classic feel of the Pacific Northwest, while invoking a stylish design and layout,” said Jeff Wunder, RE/MAX Equity Group agent. “The model home features our Elm floor plan, which is a three bedroom, 2.5 bath design built within a spacious 3,068 square feet. Contemporary design elements include concrete countertops and a majestic floor to ceiling fireplace blend with the rustic charm of the home. You will see stylish hardwood floors and a grandiose display of windows that bring breathtaking natural elements into the home.”
These custom homes, starting in the $550,000 range, feature a new lineup of StoneRidge Homes’ latest state-of-the-art designs. The floor plans range from 2,500 square feet to 3,800 square feet. Every new home includes luxury finishes, Northwest rustic inspired home designs, master bedrooms on the main floor, spacious master bathrooms and chef inspired culinary style kitchens.
The Deerhaven project team will walk customers through the entire custom home building process, from the initial meeting with RE/MAX Equity Group, on to a financing consultation with Evergreen Home Loans, ending with a builder meeting with StoneRidge Homes.
