A celebration of life will be held Friday, Aug. 26, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the Vancouver American Legion Post No. 14. Leah M. Mann Leah May Mann, of Camas, died Aug. 11, 2016. She was 89. He was 49. A celebration of life service was held Aug. 17 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Vancouver. A burial followed at the Fern Prairie Cemetery.
